All estimates are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the scope of work outlined in the proposal. Any additional work requested by the customer may result in additional charges.
Service dates are tentative and subject to weather conditions, equipment availability, and unforeseen circumstances. Atwood's Coastal Exteriors reserves the right to reschedule services when necessary.
Customers will be notified as soon as possible regarding any scheduling changes.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Commercial clients may be offered Net 30 payment terms at the sole discretion of Atwood's Coastal Exteriors.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees and collection costs.
Certain projects may require a deposit prior to scheduling. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or special orders have been placed.
Customers are responsible for providing clear access to all work areas. Gates should be unlocked, pets secured, and all valuable or delicate items removed from work areas prior to service.
Failure to provide access may result in additional trip charges or rescheduling fees.
While every effort is made to protect your property, exterior cleaning involves inherent risks.
Atwood's Coastal Exteriors is not responsible for pre-existing conditions including but not limited to:
- Oxidized, faded, or damaged paint.
- Loose siding, trim, or mortar.
- Existing leaks or water intrusion.
- Deteriorated caulking or seals.
- Cracked windows or broken glass.
- Loose gutters, screens, or fixtures.
- Pre-existing wood rot.
- Defective building materials or installation defects.
Cleaning may reveal hidden defects that existed prior to service.
Customers are responsible for notifying us of any delicate plants, irrigation components, underground utilities, or hidden hazards.
Although precautions are taken to protect landscaping, Atwood's Coastal Exteriors is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing plant stress, disease, improper irrigation, or normal exposure to cleaning solutions used in accordance with industry standards.
While we strive to achieve the best possible results, removal of all stains cannot be guaranteed. Certain stains, including rust, oxidation, artillery fungus, battery acid, oil, and deeply embedded organic staining may not be fully removable.
Paver restoration services may reveal underlying issues such as settlement, base failure, drainage problems, or damaged pavers. Significant repairs, leveling, or replacement work are not included unless specifically listed in the proposal.
Minor paver adjustments may be included at the discretion of Atwood's Coastal Exteriors.
Customers acknowledge that color variations, substrate conditions, and existing surface defects may impact final appearance. Additional repairs discovered during preparation may require change orders and additional charges.
Services may be delayed due to rain, wind, excessive heat, tropical weather, or other unsafe conditions.
Customers requesting cancellation within twenty-four (24) hours of scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Atwood's Coastal Exteriors reserves the right to photograph completed work and use photographs for marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the customer.
Atwood's Coastal Exteriors' liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the services performed. Under no circumstances shall Atwood's Coastal Exteriors be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
By accepting a proposal, scheduling service, or allowing work to commence, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
