Serving Manatee & Sarasota Counties
Florida sun, heavy rain and year-round humidity can leave pavers stained, faded and overgrown while gradually washing material from the joints.
A lasting result begins with understanding the complete surface—not simply applying more pressure. We evaluate the pavers, joint condition, existing coatings, drainage and problem areas before recommending professional cleaning, joint sanding, minor adjustments or protective sealing.
The goal is to restore the appearance, improve surface stability and provide the right level of protection without selling your property work it doesn’t need.
1. SURFACE EVALUATION
We inspect the pavers, joints, drainage, stains, uneven areas and any existing coatings before recommending a process.
2. PREPARATION & CLEANING
The surface is prepared and professionally cleaned to remove organic buildup, embedded dirt and loose material.
3. STAIN TREATMENT & MINOR ADJUSTMENTS
Problem areas receive targeted treatment. Select shifted or uneven pavers may be adjusted when included in the approved scope.
4. JOINT SANDING
When needed, compatible joint sand is installed to replenish washed-out joints and improve surface stability.
5. PROTECTIVE SEALING
The appropriate sealer is applied based on the paver type, surface condition, location and desired appearance.
Service timing, drying time and property access depend on surface conditions, selected products and weather.
